Playing With Sand

Would you just look at that gorgeous white sand?!! When you get down to it, this is exactly what Boracay is all about.. the sea, the sun, and the sand. Since I first set foot on this island many, many years ago, I've never missed the opportunity to play with the sand. Unlike other beaches I've had the pleasure of visiting, the sand in Boracay is white, fine, and almost damp to the touch. When the sun is high up in most beaches, the sand is equally scalding hot. In Boracay, the sand is almost always wet, which makes building sand castles such a pleasure! Looking at this photo reminds me of another trip to Boracay where I did a lot of "sand art" one happy, trippy night. That was a fun night! Miss you girls! See you soon!
