My father's angioplasty sort of knocked some sense into me, at least as far as the health department is concerned. The sight of lopsided arteries made me think of all those times that I feasted on sisig and lechon kawali and crispy pata and chicharong bulaklak. Ayayay! And so, I have resolved to eat healthier, meaning more fish and more veggies, and yes, to not drink any more Coke.
Yes, I've tried to quit a million times before (I'm so pathetic, I know!!!) but now, I just have to do it. I HAVE TO! And so, for a couple of days now, I haven't touched a drop of Coke. But the funny thing is, I am now constantly craving for chocolates! Mwahahaha
Well, I've always loved chocolates (Who doesn't?) and I used to have them all the time. But I kicked that habit when I got busy with work and other stuff. But now, the craving is back with a vengeance. And I am so worried that I might end up replacing my Coke sugar fix with a chocolate sugar fix.
I am particularly hankering for the Toblerone Cake we had at Chelsea, me and the girls.
It was so good! I could eat it all day! Well, at least it's not carbonated! Mwahahaha
