It was my parents' 43rd wedding anniversary, and the weekend turned out to be another eating festival. I am just organizing my thoughts and photographs but here's a peek at what we ended up eating the whole weekend; and what I still have in my refrigerator right now!!! Life is good! :)
You just made my mouth water! I guess the equivalent of that here would be Suckling Pig. It doesn't come anywhere near close to the lechon, though, in terms of presentation. :)
